Each cabin comes with:

  • Electricity (indoor & outdoor)
  • Outside water source
  • Covered front porch & screen door
  • Table, chairs, bunk bed + double bed (mattresses only)
  • Heating and A/C
  • Picnic table, fire ring, grill

No kitchen or bathroom inside. Showers and restrooms are a short walk away.

🚫 Rules That Apply to All Cabins

  • No pets (even outside the cabin)
  • No smoking indoor
  • No cooking inside
  • No overnight guests

📅 Booking & Cancellations

  • Deposit due within 7 days of reservation
  • Full payment required for weekends and holidays
  • 14+ day cancellation = refund minus $5
  • Cancellations under 14 days = no refund

Late arrivals, early checkouts, and weather-related changes don’t qualify for refunds.

CABIN DEPOSITS: Deposits are Due 7 Days from Date Reservation Was Made! Deposits are paid in Full.  Upon Arrival A $50.00 Security Deposit Is Required (Insuring Against Damages, Lost Key, etc.).  This Security Deposit Guarantees Mtn. Springs that the Cabins will be returned to us in the Same Condition in which they are given to you. The Full $50.00 will be returned to you After an Inspection of the Cabin has been completed by Our Staff and No Damage is found.  If we are Unable to Inspect the Cabin at your Departure, the Deposit will be mailed to you. Please Help Us Keep the Cabins in Good Clean Condition!  Thank You!!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAMPSITES AND CABINS: 14 Day Notice is required for a Rain Check or Refund. $5.00 Handling Fee. Last Minute Cancellations, No-Shows, Late Arrivals, Early Departures, Inclement Weather, or Personal Reasons Will Forfeit Deposit, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.

*Someone has to be present on the site for the entire stay, who is at least 21 years of age.

*Propane Services: Bottles filled on staff availability.

*Quiet Hours: 11 PM to 8 AM

*Bicycles/Golf Carts off streets by dusk.

*Parents are responsible for their children at all times!

*No Skateboards, Roller Blades, or Motorized Scooters!

*No firearms, fireworks, speeding, littering, illegal drugs, loud parties, loud radios/TV, reckless behavior, disorderly conduct, intoxication, profanity, etc.

*Speed Limits – 10 Miles per Hour.

*Snacks, grocery store, laundry, arcade, etc.– (Hours as Posted)

*Pool: Times & Rules as Posted.  Swim at Your Own Risk. No Diving.  Free to paid campers.

*Coin-operated water-saving showers 25¢

*We do our best to provide clean, functioning restroom & shower Facilities.  Please report any problems to the office!

*Trees should be enjoyed, Not Destroyed.

*Pets must be kept on a leash. One family’s pet can be another’s pet peeve.  Do not leave pets unattended! Pet rules are posted!

*Please- Campfires, Not Bonfires.

*Golf Carts are allowed only with an Insurance copy filed in the office.

*Household garbage: Please deposit it in the dumpster.

*Mt Springs will not be responsible for loss or damage due to theft or any other cause, nor accident or Injury to persons or their property.

*To provide you with a most pleasant stay, we will evict anyone (without a refund) who causes a disturbance or ignores rules (as posted in the office) of these premises.
